Gents,

Coach Billy Engstand has agreed to transfer to the York College Mens Rugby Team.  YCP has been struggling lately and their alumni asked me to help solve with coaching.   I had to put the put the needs of the RAC in front of the needs of team it was a very tough decision for me.  Billy said he would do whatever the team needed...and York College needs him. 

Eric Hellman will be taking over as coach for the spring season. (don't tell his wife)

Also, Trish Busby has agreed to help out Joe Capp with Hempfield Girls.  Joey and an assistent have a team 60, yea....60 enthusiastic girls.   Thanks Trish.

Finally, Thank you to all the ROSES who stepped in to help out with the Hempfield Boys this week.  Each and everyone of you guys made an impact on a youth rugger over the last two days.  We will be moving practice away from the kids soon, but any time you guys can come out and help, that would be great.
