You have reached the home of the 2009 MARFU Champion York\Lancaster Men's Rugby Club. We are a premier division II rugby club in the Central Pennsylvania area.

Spring 15's practice starts on Tuesday (7:00PM), February 2nd at the Hempfield quad. Practices will be Tuesday (7:00PM) at Hempfield and Thursdays (7:00PM) will be team Crossfit workouts at Crossfit York through February.

Interested in playing? Email us at recruiting@rosesAthleticClub.com or just show up to practice with a pair of cleats. Inexperienced and veteran players are both welcome.
